Ling studied at the Royal Academy and the Scottish Conservatoire in the UK. John Day is a music arranger and a bass player in the UK, who has gigged with many artists and bands, he often performs at leading shows and musicals and teaches on several jazz courses.

NOVEMBER PODCASTS 2022: My Songs in Asia, in this pod I share my journey as an international musician and recording artist moving from the UK to live in Asia. This included Singapore, Hong Kong and China. In this pod, I share a few tracks of my tracks, Railtrack, Been Around and Cherish from previous and more current albums which were produced by Graeme Holdaway in the UK and recorded at Sky Production Studios in Hong Kong. Yanyue - Metal Fusion in China. Dominic Garcia (Lead guitarist) and Johnathan Zhang (Erhu Player) share several tracks from their new album due out next year. In this pod, they share how they met in Changzhou, China and formed the band, as well as how they have combined traditional Chinese influences with heavy metal music. Both of them talk about the strength of their friendship and life in China which has been the catalyst behind the music.

I speak online with several guests which includes Sonja Kristina - Singer of Acid Folk/Curved Air Band, Alex Holdaway (Graeme's wife and mother of Finlay Holdaway), Marijke Bergcamp (Co- creator of the Beat Factory with Graeme). In each pod, they share their thoughts and reflections about Graeme who worked for Nation Records, Transglobal Underground, Salad, Atom Bomb Yoga, Damon Albarn (Seymour/Blur), City Hall and Houses of Parliament.

He has toured around China performing at some of the biggest music festivals. Hear about his life, his story and his songs from different albums and how John poignantly arouses an audience just like that of a Seanchai.
