Many of the artists ,went against the norm and experimented in new and different ways. Some left their home country and headed for a new home abroad in countries such as Asia, the UK, Canada and Sweden. In each podcast, the artist shares their journey into the arts and what enables them to continue to create art in the way that they do. The Jane Nicola Soundvibe show features podcasts produced by the founder Jane Nicola Douglas. Since May 2022, Jane Nicola founded Soundvibe as a means to provide an interactive platform for arts innovation and creativity. The monthly show features the works of musicians, bands and creatives from all over the globe. Jane Nicola is currently based in Shanghai and originally grew up in the UK. She gained a B.A. Hons Degree at Middlesex University and she then went on to train as a Music Therapist at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, graduating with a Masters Degree in Music Therapy. Jane Nicola also undertook an LTCL Diploma in Music Education and a Post Graduate Cert. in Education with Dundee University.
