Goodpods Recommended!4/3/2023 This month, I am a featured and recommended podcast on Goodpods! This is hugely exciting as an independent who started up 9 months ago as a result of the epidemic here in China, I just wanted to continue the deeper conversations that I would normally be having through traveling, hosting shows, gigging and jamming. Initially my show was experimental and began with Blues Walker, from the US who has toured extensively throughout Europe and whom I met up with in Sweden and then later at his residency in Shanghai. When the borders closed, I chose to find a way to still re-create the vibrancy of my travels throughout Asia and Europe so that it was still alive in my own mind! As the pandemic draws to a close, I have found it invaluable to continue this podcast and am greatly inspired by the artists and yourselves, my listeners. In my most recent episode No,. 14, Saskia Tomkins features as a violinist and nyckelharpista who was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame for her preservation of Irish Music in Canada. I look forward to sharing my next podcast with you soon!
